I’m Luke, a Mac professional and a qualified teacher. I have previously worked for Apple for 5 at the genius bar and as a trainer. Having always been frustrated in the past by IT support technicians always ‘doing it for you’, I knew that we need a more Apple approach to tech support.
Most appointments are handled by myself, but as my business has grown we have become a small team of enthusiastic technical professionals with experience across many sectors to support anyone from absolute beginners, to media professionals and business users.
Involving you every step of the way
At the start of each session we’ll chat with you about your goals and what needs to be achieved, then we’ll put together a plan to decide what we’ll be able to complete during the session. No hidden surprises or being let down. Hey… Sometimes we’ll even get more done in the time we have!
If it's a tech support session, we will prioritise getting you back on track as soon as possible without any loss of data. We may do this with you but sometimes we might need to take your device back to our workshop. Either way we''ll keep you informed of the progress to keep you up-to date.
You’re in the driving seat
Whether we’re offering support or training, we’re happy to put you in control of the screen, mouse & keyboard. Since, if you need to perform the same steps again, it’s always easier if you’ve done it before yourself. If you really want to learn-by-discovery, we won’t be pointing at the screen either but will help you find out for yourself how to move forward.
Keeping it meaningful
You can either tell us exactly what you want, or we can provide ideas for personal projects with our free ‘Personal Training Checklists’ which cover a range of Apple software. For technical support, we can help with everything from fixing printers, setting up new iPads, iPhones, Macs as well as transferring data to a new Mac and installing a new home WIFI network.
For business users we can train your staff switching to Macs, learn how to be more productive with office apps, help you move into the cloud with Office 365, iCloud, Dropbox and Google Apps for Work & Education (G-Suite)

I was unable to get my new Epson colour printer to print wirelessly; Luke solved that problem very quickly.
My 4 year old Samsung laser printer has never worked wirelessly even after support from Samsung and J. Lewis. Again it took Luke about 10 minutes to sort that. I am now the proud owner of two printers which function wirelessly. The whole process was so quickly done without any fuss. Luke is pleasant and knowledgeable and worth every penny.

I would highly recommend Luke, he was on time and very professional he certainly knows his stuff! I’ve been battling with my Mac for some time as I never have time to sit down and find out how to do things and I just get so frustrated with it and I give up and don’t enjoy it which is a real shame as Mac has so much capability. My first session with Luke was so worthwhile my computer is now set up properly backing stuff my work and I know how to find my way around a bit better. I now don’t have to worry about it crashing and loosing everything and I already feel more confident and a more keen to turn it on each time!
I’ve already booked another session with Luke to train in Apeture software as his teaching style was very clear and concise and I definitely feel he is value for money in order to get the love back for my computer!
