There is no limit on how short a session can last, and cost as little as £20. Perfect for quick queries or if you’re too far away from us to travel to you.
We use a secure connection between our Southampton service-desk and you provided by Citrix/GoToAssist.
Remote Assistance is available to all UK Mac users.
How does Remote Assistance work?
Unless you are a previous customer of ours, you’ll need to provide a £20 deposit online.
Click the ‘Connect to Your Mac Teacher’ button. Type your name and support key into the form. We’ll guide you through what to type in via phone or email.
A small App will be downloaded onto your computer, simply open it up and we’ll be connect and can access your Mac.
We’ll stay on the phone and help you fix any problems.
At the end of the session, we’ll be disconnected. We can no longer access your Mac without your permission again
You can now get back to using your Mac again. If there’s anything else to pay, we’ll invoice you.
